Rumbling of Amdavadis

Sheri Garba is a renowned Garbotsav event IP incepted in 2021, that hosted Garbotsav 2022 to deliver an unmatched Garba experience to all the Amdavadis. The event went on for 3 days and proved to be a remarkable success. Being a seasonal (Navratri) event, the need for marketing and branding was dire. We put our hearts into the promotions and ensured that people experienced this authentic event to fullest.

Given the brief deadline we received and were ready for, we commenced aggressive marketing to promote the brand as much and as soon as possible. One marketing strategy never works for all businesses, that’s why we thoroughly conceptualize strategies, concepts, designs, and content for every business individually to bring in significant results. We bought in a good amount of business for our client in around 20 days give or take, by organic and inorganic means of marketing.

Above & Beyond Marketing Strategy

Since Solidsalt was the marketing team and Creative and Click Partner of Sheri Garba, many services were expected of us, and we gladly went the extra mile to deliver them, services included VIP Invites, Social Media Marketing, Pitch Decks, Photo Booth, and Rebranding with tagline promoting the traditional way of playing Garba – “Celebrating The OG Riti Riwaz.” By incorporating relevant hashtags, sharing event updates, and creating engaging content, their social media account attracted a wider audience, increasing the event’s visibility and leading to possible customer aquisition. Since the event was obviously affected by individual’s interest in cultural events, Garba dance, and the area they resided in, we carefully targeted the right audiences to avoid dead ends.
